AlgoraeRx is our commercial pharmaceutical division. We source generic and specialty medicines from leading global manufacturers, secure TGA regulatory approvals where required, and supply them to the Australian institutional market.
Our business was established to improve medication supply for Australians and bring new innovative medications to Australian consumers.
The Source–Register–Supply Model
STEP 1 — SOURCE
Identify & Contract
We identify generic and specialty medicines with unmet demand in Australia, and secure licensing and supply agreements from our network of certified and trusted global manufacturers.
STEP 2 — REGISTER
Regulatory Approval
We manage the TGA registration pathway for each product. Medicines in our pipeline are sourced exclusively from GMP-certified manufacturers already supplying the US, EU and other highly regulated markets.
STEP 3 — SUPPLY
Institutional Distribution
We supply registered products into the Australian institutional market through established distribution channels. Our financing structure contributes to inventory funding, supporting commercial execution and minimalizing shareholder dilution.
